A wider menu selection for the restaurant would help.

would definitely come back
The room was spacious with a huge bathroom and comfy bed. It had a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and electric kettle. I loved the soundproofing which made it so quiet. With a fitness centre to work out and quick access to the Hydro, it was perfect for my event. The staff were super friendly and the bar area was nice for a drink.

It was just an appropriate option for a cursory stop in Glasgow with great value for the money. The cold steak I had for dinner was a bit disappointing, but at least the room was decent for a night. Make sure to ask about parking options before you arrive.

missingWrote a review on Jun 30
For a family stay, the dining experience left much to be desired. Waiting 50 minutes for dinner was a drag, compounded by having to craft our own buffalo fries with extra charges for sauces already listed on the menu. A chipped glass remained unaddressed, and cleaning wasn't thorough—many days saw us reminding staff to change sheets. The early dismantling of breakfast offerings felt rushed, annoying as we tried to enjoy our meal without pressure.

Excellent location near events
I had a great stay with a well-appointed room featuring modern amenities, making it a comfortable retreat after an eventful day. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Hydro, allowing easy access to concerts. the dining service could improve, as dinner was quite slow despite being during a quiet period.

Amazing staff made our stay special!
Nicky and Nicole were absolute lifesavers, helping us track down our lost luggage after a long flight. They kept calling until they found it and even had it delivered to our room! The place looks great, and the food was delicious too. Just wish the bathroom had more towel hooks.

great location but minor inconveniences
The corner room offered stunning views through its two large windows, enhancing our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out.
The layout of the room could use some improvement for better functionality.
